Who we are
AZYNIUS is a digital agency based in Témara, Morocco. Contact for any data question: contact@azynius.com.
What we collect
- What you send through our forms, the diagnostic booking and Atlas, our AI assistant: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, city, project details.
- Job applications: CV and contact details.
- Website audit: the URL analysed and your email.
- Audience statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Why
To answer your request, organise the diagnostic, send confirmations and reminders by WhatsApp and email, prepare a quote, review applications, and improve the site.
Who receives it
The AZYNIUS team, our CRM, and the providers we use to run the service: hosting, email, WhatsApp Business (Meta), Google Calendar and Meet, and Anthropic for Atlas. We do not sell your data.
How long
Requests and bookings: 3 years after the last contact. Atlas conversations: 12 months, then anonymised. Applications: 2 years.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08 and the GDPR for visitors in the European Union, you can access, correct or delete your data and object to its use. Write to contact@azynius.com.

Atlas is an AI assistant. It can make mistakes; prices it gives are indicative starting prices, never a quote.
